Every Day is Saturday - what does it mean?

These two beautiful, happy people are my parents. This is their blog.

In a dusty West Texas town, they met at 12, got married at 17, had me and my two brothers within a span of 5 years, and have been together for better or worse (mostly better) ever since. That's been a lifetime, now - 43 years (as of August 2010).

Dad went through chemo last year (all is good) and they decided to live their lives enjoying themselves and the world we temporarily live in. Thus, for them - every day is Saturday.

This blog is a story of their Saturdays. May you live each day as if it were Saturday, too.

The story, as told by my mother, begins July 13, 2010. That's the day they left San Antonio for a road trip across the USA.
